1. Walk, use public transport, cycle, carpool.
2. Reduce your use of gas, electricity and water.
3. Buy fewer things and buy the good stuff.
4. Reduce your meat intake. Set yourself a goal of eating meat no more than twice a week, and make it a treat, eating good quality organic meat cooked well.
5. Get involved. Quit watching life on TV and become an active participant. It's great to meet people and empowering to feel like you're making a difference.
